Professor
Leder's interests include public transportation
planning and engineering, airport planning and design,
railroad engineering, design-build contracting for
large transportation projects, and project management.
His papers have been published by the American Society
of Civil Engineers and the Transportation Research
Board. Professor Leder holds degrees from Michigan
Tech and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
His activities include applying his 33 year career
in the public sector and consulting engineering
to leading Senior Design Projects and teaching transportation
courses. He is a Fellow of the American Society
of Civil Engineers and a recipient of ASCE's Horonjeff
Award for contributions to air transportation engineering.
