Why Michigan Tech?

Student Requirements

Michigan Tech Peace Corps Student Applicants must be US citizens. Applicants should normally submit simultaneous applications for the MS Civil and Environmental Engineering Program to Michigan Tech and the Peace Corps at least six months prior to the beginning of the semester in which they hope to enroll. Therefore, if applicants wish to learn about their acceptance by April of their senior year, it is recommended that they apply to Peace Corps in the fall and Michigan Tech by late December. Please note that we can review applications faster if either Dr. Mihelcic is notified in advance.
