Create a Template file (.DWT) in Civil3D to
reflect the following:
(i) Layer setup reflecting NCS for points, surfaces and alignments
(ii) Drawing Scale 1" = 100'
(iii) Appropriate datum information
(iv) Ensure that all points are marked with a '+' symbol
(v) Ensure that when this template is used all surfaces created will
ignore all points with elevation greater than 900ft.

The goal of this homework is to develop surfaces and analyze them.
Please run the following analysis: Contours, Elevations, Slopes, Watershed, for each surface and write a brief report commenting
on the analysis and the data.

Develop a surface and analyze it from:
(i) A DEM file for Oskar, MI. Consider this data. Please see Resource page
(ii) A contour file for Oklahoma.
(iii) Include (Block? Xref?) this feature layout file and overlay it on the surface developed for Oklahoma, and add relevant feautres as breaklines.
(iv) Consider this data while preparing the Oklahoma surface.
