Course Description

The goal of this class is to expose students to the transformative role of civil and building information models (CIM/BIM) in the construction industry. Classwork will involve problem solving using industry standard software applications, such as Civil3D, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Students will also be introduced to concepts involving information management, data visualization and risk analysis, specifically in the context of CEE decision-making.
