Corporate Partners/Supporters

Rail Transportation Program wants to build on mutually beneficial partnerships between academia and industry and is actively working with industry companies and agencies to identify those companies interested in the development of future rail transportation professionals. The partners support the program financially and actively participate in the program development via Industry Advisory Committee. There are four levels of partnerships, based on the investment level in the program. We are honored to have CSX and Union Pacific Railroad as the first corporate friends of the Rail Transportation Program.

• hosting field visits for Summer in Finland program and for REAC

• making donation(s) to the $1,000 Michigan Tech Alumni AREMA Scholarships.
• providing guest lecture(s) either as part of Summer in Finland program or in REAC organized events

Tech is actively working to increase the industry commitment to program and looking forward to form new co-operative partnerships and contributions to develop and expand the railway engineering program further.
