Jennifer Post, BS Civil Engineering, Michigan Tech, MS planned in Civil Engineering (serving in Uzbekistan).

Hi, my name is Jennifer Post, I am originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, but since I’ve been at Michigan Tech for six years, I consider this home now. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and I am now pursuing a Master’s degree. I chose the Master’s International program because I want my efforts, both educational and professional to have pertinence for others. I think serving in the Peace Corps will enable me to use my education and experience to help those that really need and want the assistance. I really look forward to submersing myself in a new culture, learning the language, traveling, and living outside of my comfort zone.
I am serving in Uzbekistan as of January 2005. Once I’m a volunteer I will be providing technical assistance for water development projects and working to strengthen the NGO sector.
