Students from Michigan Tech and other universities around the country participate in several student team contests.

Michigan Tech Concrete Canoe Team designs and builds a canoe solely from concrete each school year to compete in a national competition.

Construction Bidding Team

Asphalt Mix Design Team has entered the Wisconsin Asphalt Pavement Association (WAPA) Competitionin. The undergraduate student participants on the team are sponsored by the Pavement Design, Construction, and Materials Enterprise.
