Jerold
Van Faasen '34, has a 60 year career as a Civil Engineer, was
in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 38 years; he built the
Fort Peck Dam and other projects on the Missouri and Columbia
Rivers, as well as Anti-Ballistic Missle projects and in WWII,
served with the 109th Naval Construction Battalion at Roi-Naimur,
Kwajalein Atol, Hawaii, and Guam. He has a written a book: Making
It Happen A Sixty-Year Engineering Odyssey In The Northwest Kip
Productions 1998

'35 ME, who had a long career spanning 17 years at Chrysler and
26 years at Ford and Ray Cross (center) '35 Chem Eng, who is 'water
specialist emeritus' in the national Water Quality Asssociation,

Dr.
William E. Saul, a 1955 civil engineering graduate of Michigan
Tech, is a Professor and Past Chairman of the Department of Civil
and Environmental Engineering at Michigan State University here
with Dr. Bob Baillod who recently retired as Michigan Tech CEE
Chair.

Bier, P.E., '50, civil engineering, now retired as CEO of Dunn
Construction Engineering. He is a 2005 inductee into the Civil
and Environmental Engineering Academy and is also pictured with
