Senior Rule Courses

Have extra room in your senior year? Planning to take extra professional electives? You might consider taking a course under Senior Rule. Senior ruling a course allows you to take an additional course as an undergraduate student and use it toward a graduate degree at Michigan Tech.

Who is eligible?

Students who meet the minimum GPA (typically a 3.00) for acceptance into graduate school are encouraged to take advantage of the senior rule option.

How do I apply?

See Julie Ross in 103 Dillman for a form. Forms should be returned to Julie Ross prior to taking a senior rule course. The forms are forwarded to the CEE Department Chair for approval.
